TWO new free schools have been given the green light to open in Enfield in 2014.

THE town’s first “all-through” school – providing both primary and secondary education – is set to open in September 2014.

Crawley Free School will cater for students from the age of four right through to 16 and once full there will be more than 1,000 pupils on site.

A new secondary school in Radlett will have a "unique" feel to it, according to the parents and teachers behind the project.

The new Harperbury Free School, which will take applicants from St Albans, will hold breakfast clubs to help gear its students up for the day ahead, as well as compulsory after-school homework clubs.
