Simon is an experienced banking executive, with particular expertise in Risk Management and Regulatory programmes.

He was previously the Risk Director for the Commercial Bank at Lloyds Banking Group Plc having undertaken a variety of leadership roles including Risk Transformation and Chief Risk Officer of the Australian business. Simon is also a Chartered Accountant having completed his training with PwC.

Simon has held a number of non-executive positions including positions at the University of Nottingham Council and Motability Operations Group Plc.
