King's College London Maths School

King's College London Maths School caters for those aged 16-19 in Lambeth. This school, which opened in 2014, was established by King's College London to offer new opportunities for highly talented young mathematicians from across the capital, particularly those from deprived backgrounds, so that they are equipped to study at the university of their choice. The school has capacity for 140 students, who benefit from close links with the university through its facilities and teaching staff. The school runs outreach programmes in local state schools and offers a professional development course for local teachers of Further Mathematics A-Level.
